复杂曲面零件激光随形熔覆轨迹规划研究

为实现复杂曲面的随形熔覆，针对PDC钻头牙翼部位表面形貌进行了机器人熔覆路径的工艺规划，同时对插补点的位置规划算法进行了研究。通过一组平行截面与曲面相交得到交线，采用非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)描述交线。然后提取交线的特征参数，以离焦量的最大值作为误差阈值进行插补点规划，为实现激光束轴线与插补点所在的曲面法矢尽可能重合，对插补点进行姿态规划，从而得到完整的熔覆路径。最后采用Robotstudio仿真软件建立激光熔覆工作站，并对熔覆路径进行仿真，结果表明熔覆仿真过程中，未出现奇异点，机器人各关节、熔覆头与待熔覆工件之间未发生碰撞，并且能够按照事先规划好的路径进行熔覆，试验表明达到了较好的熔覆效果。     

氧化锌对磷酸钾镁基防腐涂料的性能影响

为了提高磷酸镁水泥（ MPC）涂料的防腐性能，在 MPC涂料中加入少量的氧化锌并涂覆在 Q235钢表面。通过 Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱和中性盐雾试验分析改性涂层的防护机理和耐腐蚀性，采用水化热分析、 X射线衍射（ XRD）、扫描电镜（ SEM）、热重分析（ TG-DTG）表征浸泡前后涂层的形貌与成分变化。结果表明： MPC涂料中氧化锌的最佳掺量为 3%，氧化锌的加入使涂层更加密实并在涂层中起到缓蚀剂的作用，使涂层的自腐蚀电位正移；试样在 3. 5%NaCl溶液中浸泡 28 d一直保持稳定，线性极化电阻维持在 10⁶ Ω.cm²数量级，电化学阻抗谱表明改性过后的涂层电阻、电荷转移电阻较空白组明显提高，且盐雾时间 1 440 h后基材未见腐蚀，表现出良好的耐腐蚀性。     

工程教育认证下程序设计类实验教学改革与实践

本文以工程教育专业认证为契机,针对程序设计公共基础课类实验教学存在不足,以C语言程序设计实验教学为例,构建了基本验证性实验、线上拓展性实验、综合设计性实验的实验教学改革总体方案.经教学改革实践表明,新的实验教学方案有效提升课程理论教学质量,且在提升非计算机专业学生的计算思维能力、代码编写水平、综合实践能力、解决实际工程问题能力、以及团队合作精神等方面,均取得良好效果.

高职院校计算机理实一体化实训室建设的探索

The integration of computer theory and practice in higher vocational colleges is the necessary condition to realize the train- ing of professional talents and improve the comprehensive quality of skilled talents. It is also the problem that needs to be solved first in the teaching of computer major in higher vocational colleges. This paper firstly introduces the definition and connotation of the integration of computer theory and practice, discusses on its construction objectives and basic concepts, then analyzes the con- struction value of the integration of computer theory and practice, including the contents of employment, professional teaching, cur- riculum supporting and qualification examination, finally discusses on the construction scheme of the training room of the integra- tion of computer theory and practice, and gives the objective evaluation of the construction results, hoping to effectively improve the level of the integration of computer theory and practice, and achieve the sustainable development of teaching.     

基于碳纳米管的超级电容器聚吡咯电极复合方法

For the defect that the mechanical properties of polypyrrole supercapacitors decrease with charge and discharge cycles, and the cycle stability is poor, a compound method of polypyrrole electrode for supercapacitors based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes is proposed. The structure of the formed polypyrrole coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes effectively increase the specific surface area of the electrode material, the utilization rate of the active material and the electrical conductivity, improve the rapid charge and discharge performance of the electrode material, and greatly improve cyclic stability of polypyrrole. The composite electrode materi- al of polypyrrole and functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes for supercapacitors is prepared by pulse current deposition meth- od. It is scanned at a scanning rate of 1000mV?s -1 in a 3mol?L -1 potassium chloride electrolyte, after 100,000-cycle, the capacity on- ly declines by 16%.     

大连某金矿石可选性试验研究

大连某金矿石中Au、Pb为主要回收元素，金主要以包裹金、单体金的形式存在，分别占总金的4272%和4100%。为确定该矿石的可选性进行了选矿试验，结果表明，矿石在磨矿细度为-74 μm占65%的情况下，以丁基黄药+乙硫氮为捕收剂，采用1粗1精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理，最终可获得金品位为3592 g/t、回收率为9421%，铅品位为3258%、回收率9766%的金铅混合精矿。
